The Female PED Guide
Every compound in this sport was studied on men and handed to women by men. Thirty-four chapters on how each class works in the female body, how it moves her labs, where her response differs from his, and what the field runs to win each division, in peak week and in the off-season.

Coaching education, not medical advice. For adults 18 and over.
Which one is you?
Your athletes are already asking. The answers they get were built for men.
In this sport the advice travels from whoever is closest, and it is usually a men's plan with the numbers scaled down. The coach who can explain what a compound does in a female body, calmly and from the evidence, is the one they keep.
- Know what each class does in her body, and on what timeline
- Answer "is this mild?" and "my bloods are fine" with evidence, not opinion
- Read her labs through a prep and know what each change means
- Read a reported stack and know what it says about her division
Understand what is being discussed around you, in your own body's terms.
The research is on men. The forums are guesswork. This course puts the female response in plain English so you can ask better questions of your coach and your physician, and understand your voice, your cycle and your labs through a prep.
- What each drug class does in a female body, and how fast
- Which changes reverse, which come back slowly, and which may not
- What a label can and can't tell you about what's in the product
- What a monitoring panel shows, and when a physician reads it
Women's divisions are the fastest-growing side of the sport, and most coaches still bring a men's playbook.
Female athletes look for a coach who understands their physiology and can talk about the pharmacology in her terms, not a man's. That coach is rare. The certificate on your wall says you're one of them.
- Coach fit model, bikini, wellness, figure, women's physique and bodybuilding with the same clear method
- Take over a prep partway through and read what has already been run
- Hold the conversation every competitor is already having somewhere else
- Build a reputation on evidence, not on gym folklore
- 16.8%
of female bodybuilders report having used anabolic steroids, against 1.4 percent of women in general.
Piatkowski et al., 2024, Addiction, systematic review of 18 studies - Men
are where women get their information: boyfriends, husbands and male coaches, passing on numbers built for their own bodies.
Piatkowski et al., 2023, Harm Reduction Journal - 36%
of more than 5,400 tested steroid samples were counterfeit. A label is a claim, not a test result.
Meta-analysis of 19 studies, 2022, cited in Chapter 27 - 6 of 33
studies in a recovery meta-analysis had any data on women at all. The rest is being guessed from men.
2017 meta-analysis, cited in Chapter 16
Why this course exists
Nobody talks about it. So nobody learns.
Men who use have peer networks. Women get their information second-hand, and it is built for male bodies with the numbers scaled down.
Coaches react in one of two ways. They look away, or they repeat what they heard from men. This course gives you a third way: know the pharmacology of the female body well enough to have the conversation on the evidence.
What usually happens
- ×Advice built for men, scaled down for women
- ×"Mild" treated as if it were a measurement
- ×Labels trusted as if someone had tested them
- ×Lab changes noticed late, or not at all
- ×The coach guesses, or says nothing
What this course teaches
- ✓The female body at the centre of every chapter
- ✓What the evidence shows, and how thin it often is
- ✓What testing found about labels, fakes and the supply chain
- ✓What a monitoring panel shows through a prep and the off-season
- ✓How to hold the conversation on the evidence, in her terms
What's inside
The things coaches can't find in one place.
Most of this lives in scattered papers, forum threads and private group chats. The course puts it in one order, with every claim cited.
Chapters 5 to 15
Every drug class, one at a time
Testosterone, the anabolic steroids, estrogen drugs, SARMs, fat-loss drugs, GH, insulin, the peptides and GLP-1 drugs. What each one does in a female body, how fast, and for how long.
Chapters 28 to 30
What the field really runs
Reported combinations, division by division, read so you understand them when an athlete shows you one.
Chapter 31
Six divisions, side by side
Fit model, bikini, wellness, figure, women's physique and women's bodybuilding: what each division hears, and where the field departs from the evidence.
Chapter 34 · New
24 sample days of food
Six divisions across four phases of the year, every gram worked out from published ranges and USDA food values. See a sample day
Chapters 32 and 33
Peak week and the off-season
The water and salt cuts and the potassium picture of show week, then what the off-season and the years in the sport look like.
Chapter 17
The Name Decoder
Every trade name, lab name and forum nickname, matched to what it is, so a list from a forum stops being a mystery.
Two-minute self-check
Where do you stand?
Nine questions about your situation and what you already know. No question asks what you take. You get a reading, your three starting chapters, and where to begin.
Question 1 of 9
Chapter 16 · Twelve Myths
What the forum says. What the evidence says.
Pick a claim, then drag the handle across. Every answer comes from a cited study in the course.
It's mild, so it's safe for women.
"Mild" describes how a drug is sold. It's the most common word in the female side of the sport.
Drag the handle to the left to read it.
Drag the handle to the right to read it.
Mild is a label, not a measurement.
A 2025 scoping review of 14 studies on voice change in women taking androgens found the risk rose with amount and with time, with no agreed safe amount and no reliable way to pick out who will be affected.
Chapter 16, Myth 1 · Chapter 30, Reading a Reported SARM Stack

The method · Chapter 2
The PACE Check: four questions a coach can actually use.
Every chapter comes back to the same four questions. It is a way to think clearly, not a score, a screening tool or a diagnosis. Tap each letter.
Permanent
Could this fail to come back?
The question that matters most for women. Some changes reverse after stopping. Some come back slowly: a lost period, mood after stopping. And some may not reverse at all. For women, the two to know are voice deepening and genital change.
The Stop Line
A short list of findings that go to a physician, whatever the other answers are.
Chapter 31 · Field knowledge by division
The conversation, division by division.
Six divisions, six sets of claims. The course teaches one method that answers all of them. Every scenario below is illustrative, not a real athlete.
She asks
Should I add BPC-157 for my sore shoulder? It's everywhere right now.
A bikini competitor with a shoulder that hurts when she presses.
What the course teaches you to say
"Of 36 studies, 35 were in animals or cells. The one human report had 12 people and no comparison group. Nobody knows if it works in people, or what's really in the vial. Let's get the shoulder looked at properly and change your pressing while we do."
Illustrative scenario · Chapter 31 · Chapter 14, Repair and Cosmetic Peptides
Chapter 34 · Fuelling by division
Twenty-four sample days. Every gram worked out.
People learn from examples, so the course shows them. Pick a division and a phase of the year. The full meal-by-meal tables for all 24 days are in the handbook.

How the course talks
Three colours, one honest course.
Every chapter separates what the evidence says, what the field believes, and what the field actually runs. These three boxes are lifted word for word from the course.
Evidence · The female range · Chapter 6
"Two women could have the same total testosterone number and very different effects. The one with lower SHBG has more free, active hormone. The 2025 Danish study found exactly this pattern in women who used: low SHBG, even when other hormone values looked normal."
Evidence carries the course. Every number is a published study, named in plain words.
Field belief · "Anavar burns fat and tones" · Chapter 7
What the field says. "Var isn't really a muscle drug. It burns fat and tones you up." Sold to bikini and wellness athletes on exactly that line, by sellers and by coaches.
What the evidence says. No controlled trial has tested it for fat loss or "tone" in healthy women. What is measured is the cost: an oral androgen with a liver and cholesterol price, withdrawn by the FDA in 2023.
No controlled evidence supports this. The chapter covers what the trials did measure.
Field practice · "Stop at the first sign" · Chapter 18
What the field says. "Watch for the first sign, a bit of hoarseness, and stop there. It goes away." The most common line she will hear, because it sounds like caution.
What the evidence says. For the voice, the first sign is a structure already changing. In the published case, she stopped at the first sign and the voice did not come back.
The chapter covers the timeline of the change and what the published cases show.
Three colours in every chapter: the evidence, the belief, and the practice.
The curriculum
34 chapters in five sections, about 28 hours.
The course builds in order. The coach's role comes first. The drugs come second, one class at a time. Then the athlete's path, monitoring, what the field really runs, and what she eats through the year. Open a section to see its chapters.

What you'll be able to do
Six things you can do when you finish.
- Explain in plain words what each major drug class is and what it does in a female body.
- Tell changes that reverse from changes that come back slowly or may not come back, and explain why stopping doesn't guarantee reversal.
- Read a monitoring panel and know which findings go to a physician today and which on a schedule.
- Read a reported combination or a forum claim and say what it can and can't tell you about her division.
- Hold a calm conversation with any athlete on the evidence, in her terms.
- Know what the field runs in every division, in peak week and in the off-season.
Who it's for
- Coaches and personal trainers who work with female physique athletes: fit model, bikini, wellness, figure, women's physique and bodybuilding
- Prep coaches who take over athletes partway through a prep
- Nutrition coaches, gym owners and health professionals who want to understand the sport's side
- Adult athletes who want to understand their own sport
Who it's not for
Anyone who wants a program to copy. This is a pharmacology course, not a plan.

Questions
Before you enroll.
How current is it?
Chapters 13 to 15 cover the GLP-1 drugs, the GH secretagogues and the newer peptides, and the course is updated as the evidence changes. Every update is included in lifetime access.
Is this medical advice?
No. This is coaching education. Decisions about medication and hormones belong with the athlete and her physician. The course teaches you to understand the subject well enough to hold that conversation on the evidence.
Does it cover the female response specifically?
Yes. That is the course. Every class is covered for what it does in a female body, where her response differs from a man's, and on what timeline. Most of the research is on men, and the course says so wherever the evidence is thin.
I'm an athlete, not a coach. Is it for me?
Yes, if you're 18 or over. The course is written for the coach in the room, and many athletes take it to understand their own decision and to ask their coach and physician better questions.
Do I need a certification first?
No. The lessons are written in plain English for people without a science background, and every claim is backed by a cited source in the handbook.
Does it cover nutrition?
Yes. Chapter 34 gives 24 sample days: one for each of six divisions, in the off-season, the prep, the carb-up day before a show and the weeks after it. Every food and gram is listed, built from published ranges and USDA food values, with swaps and rest-day versions. They are examples for invented athletes, so you can read and understand the plan her registered dietitian writes. They are not a plan for any real athlete.
How long does it take?
About 28 hours of video lessons, self-paced. Chapters run from 34 to 123 minutes, and you can stop and pick up where you left off.
Does it carry continuing education units?
No. You receive a Certificate of Completion from Booty Center Academy. It is not a licence and doesn't qualify anyone to diagnose or prescribe.
Yes. Booty Center is recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America as an Approved Continuing Education Provider (PRO-014620), and this course is approved for 1.9 NASM CEUs and 1.9 AFAA CEUs. The approved course is Chapters 1 to 27 (Sections A to D); the CEU certificate is issued when Section D is passed. Section E is additional material outside the approved course. They are stated on your Certificate of Completion. It is not a licence and doesn't qualify anyone to diagnose or prescribe.
Are the case studies real?
Every case is either a published, cited case from the research, or clearly labelled as an illustrative scenario. No invented athlete is presented as real.
Does it cover peak week and the off-season?
Yes. Chapter 32 covers the pharmacology of peak week, Chapter 33 the off-season, and Chapter 31 what each of the six divisions runs.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided no section exam has been attempted. Email team@bootycenter.com. After 14 days, or once a section exam has been attempted, the purchase is final.
Scope of practice
The Female PED Guide is coaching education, not medical advice. Decisions about medication and hormones belong with the athlete and her physician. The sample food days are examples for invented athletes, not a plan for any real athlete. Refund policy: full refund within 14 days of purchase if no section exam has been attempted.
The bottom line
Be the coach who knows what it does in her body.
Across a full season and a full career.
