A book that keeps growing

Every exercise has a video. And the library keeps getting bigger.

Most fitness books are finished the day you buy them. This one is not. The pages tell you how to do each exercise. The videos show you. And new variations keep arriving after you buy.

Every exercise page has a QR code. Point your phone camera at it, or type the short link printed under it, and the demo opens.

  • New variations, free

When new exercise variations are filmed, they are added to the online library. Every reader gets them at no extra cost.

  • Private to readers

The library is for readers of this book. Enter the book code printed inside the first time. No account needed.

  • Know when new ones land

Leave your email on the library page if you want a note when new videos go live. It is optional.

Why your thighs grow faster than your glutes

Your thighs keep growing. Your glutes don't.

Most glute workouts are leg workouts in disguise. The front of the thigh, the back of the thigh and the inner thigh all join in, and they often take over.

The book teaches you to tell the difference, then picks exercises that keep the work in your glutes.

Front and back view of the legs. The glutes are orange, the front of the thigh is gold, the back of the thigh is rose and the inner thigh is purple.

How the book works

Four steps, in this order.

  1. STEP 1

    Find your type

Five simple tests, about 10 minutes. They show where your thighs take over, so you know where to start.

  2. STEP 2

    Measure

The tape and photo method tracks your hips and mid-thigh at the start, week 8 and week 12.

  3. STEP 3

    Pick your exercises

65 exercises, each with where you should feel it, a fix if you feel it in your thighs, and its video.

  4. STEP 4

    Follow the plan

12 weeks, 3 sessions a week, with easy weeks built in and a 2-day option.

The exercise library

65 exercises in five groups.

Every exercise page shows the setup, where you should feel it, a fix if your thighs take over, and an easier or harder swap.

Before you buy

A few useful answers.

Is this a book or a course?

A book. It is written for anyone who trains, not for trainers earning credits. The Academy courses are separate.

Do I need a gym?

Many exercises need only a loop band or the floor. Each exercise lists its equipment and a swap, so you can work with what you have.

How do the videos work?

Scan the QR code on an exercise page, or type the short link under it. The first time, enter the book code printed in the book. No account is needed.

What does "a growing online library" mean?

New exercise variations are filmed and added to the library over time. Readers get them free, using the same book code.

PDF or paperback?

The PDF is sold here at Booty Center for $27. You download it straight away, and every video link is clickable on your phone. The paperback is printed and shipped by Amazon. Both come with the same video library.

Can I buy it outside the United States?

Yes. The PDF works anywhere. Amazon sells the paperback in many countries; price and availability vary by country.
