Why this course.

Rules, not improvisation

Every assessment, prescription and program change follows a written rule that a second coach could audit and a researcher could test.

Honest about its limits

The parts of the Method rest on published evidence of different strengths. The Method as a whole has not been tested, and the course says so. You learn to claim exactly what the data support, and nothing more.

Why remote coaching needs a system.

You never see the client train

Online, every decision rests on video, tape, photographs and what the client reports. The Method tells you what each one can and cannot support.

Files someone else can check

Every change is logged with its date, the data, the rule applied and the coach responsible.

One course, two purposes

An operating system for your online clients and the CEUs your recertification requires.

Where trainers put it to work
  • Online coaching
  • Hybrid studio teams
  • Specialists adding remote delivery
  • Coaching managers who audit client files
From improvised to auditable

More than a program. A decision system for clients you coach through a screen.

The course teaches the reasoning that links what you assess, what you prescribe, what you measure and what you change, so every decision can be explained and checked.

Anyone can send a program. Your professional value is knowing why it changes, when it changes, and what you are allowed to say about the result.

  • Changing programs on a feelingRules written before the data arrive
  • Judging progress from one photoRepeated measures, read by tier
  • Irregular check-insA fixed weekly check-in and six actions
  • Calling a tape change muscleSaying exactly what the measure shows
  • A service that depends on one coachA method a whole team runs the same way
Practical capabilities

What you should be able to do after completing the course.

Stated learning outcomes, drawn from the 63 learning objectives across the course text.

01

Run the decision loop

Describe the six-stage loop and the three control layers that make remote coaching decisions auditable.

02

Match measures to claims

Match each online measurement to the tier of inference it can support, and state client-facing claims in language that fits the measure.

03

Screen, consent and refer

Screen every client with the PAR-Q+, obtain written informed consent, apply the referral triggers and follow the data-protection rules.

04

Assess online

Conduct the nine-step online assessment protocol: video capture, movement observation, performance anchors, body mass, hip circumference and photographs.

05

Select, dose and progress

Build programs with the four-category exercise system, set weekly dose with the set-counting rule, and progress with the progression hierarchy.

06

Monitor and decide

Run the fixed twelve-question weekly check-in, judge credible change, and select one of the six reassessment actions.

Nutrition, concurrent cardio and recovery are covered within professional scope, across diet patterns, with referral where it applies.

Inside the course

Written rules you can open on any client file.

A 295-page course text you return to: the decision loop, the measurement tiers, the online assessment protocol, dosing and progression rules, the weekly check-in and the forms that hold it all together. Lifetime access to the complete text.

Who it is for

Three ways trainers use the Method.

Built for certified trainers who deliver programs through a screen, or plan to. A current personal-training certification or an equivalent qualification is expected.

Online coaches

Make every decision defensible

You program remotely and want every assessment, prescription and change to follow a rule, not improvisation.

Specialists adding delivery

Get the operating system

You know the science and need a system for clients you never meet in person.

Studios going hybrid

One method for the whole team

You want every coach to assess, log and decide the same way, so any file can be picked up and checked.
