We use your information to provide a highly personalized coaching experience, specifically:

– To create and manage your custom 6 or 12 week training and nutrition plans.

3. Data Retention and Security

Body Scan and Meal Images: Your uploaded images and the analyses generated from them are saved to your Booty Center account so you can review your history and track your progress over time. You can delete any individual scan or meal record at any time from your dashboard or from Settings. You can also request full deletion of your data by contacting us at [email protected].

Lab Reports: Lab report files you upload and the summaries generated from them are saved to your account so you can track biomarker trends over time. The same deletion options apply.

Security Measures: We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:

Service Providers: Third parties who help us operate our Site and App, such as cloud hosting, payment processors, and email delivery services.

AI Analysis Providers: Some features, specifically the Body Scanner, Meal Tracker, and Lab Parser, send your data to third-party AI providers, including OpenAI and Google Gemini, over an encrypted connection. That data is sent solely to generate your personalized analysis and is processed under those providers’ respective privacy policies. We send only what each feature needs to work:

 – Body Scanner: the body photos you upload

 – Meal Tracker: the meal photos you upload

 – Lab Parser: the lab report files you upload

We do not send your data to these providers for any purpose other than producing the analysis you requested.

5. AI Features, Consent, and Limitations

Your Consent to AI Processing. Before any AI feature is used, we ask for your explicit permission through an in-app consent prompt. You can grant or withdraw consent for the Body Scanner, Meal Tracker, and Lab Parser individually, at any time, in your Profile settings. Withdrawing consent stops that feature from sending any further data to our AI providers. Results that were already saved to your account remain there until you delete them, which you can do at any time from your dashboard or Settings.

AI Results Are Estimates. Insights produced by our AI tools, including body composition readings, posture observations, nutrition estimates, and lab report summaries, are generated by artificial intelligence and are estimates only. They are not medical diagnoses, they are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice, and they should not be used to make health decisions on their own. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, your lab results, and any changes to your diet or training.

6. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

As a California-based company, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act. You have the right to:

Know: Request a list of the categories of personal information we collect.

Delete: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.

Correct: Request that we fix inaccurate personal information.

Limit: Request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information, which includes the health and biometric data you provide through our AI tools, to what is necessary to deliver the services you requested.
