Her competitive journey began in 2014 when she started competing in various divisions, with her most recent appearance as a figure competitor in the IFBB Pro League Australia in 2022. Throughout her career, Lida has continuously refined her skills and deepened her expertise, earning a Certificate IV in Fitness and establishing herself as a professional personal trainer and coach with a remarkable track record of transforming clients’ bodies.

In addition to her coaching expertise, Lida is also a certified medical and sports nutritionist. She has helped many clients overcome nutritional challenges and achieve their fitness goals through a combination of personalized coaching and effective nutrition strategies.
