Maryam Bamdad

Maryam’s fitness journey began in 2013 when she weighed over 200 pounds. After six months of dedication to training and disciplined nutrition, she lost 70 pounds naturally. This transformation sparked her passion for bodybuilding, and in 2014, she entered her first competition. From there, she went on to earn multiple Canadian National Championship titles and her pro card in Italy in 2018. Maryam continued to excel, securing prestigious titles across Canada, the U.S., and Europe, and reached a milestone in 2020 by qualifying for and competing in both the Arnold Classic and Olympia-two of bodybuilding’s most renowned stages.

Alongside her bodybuilding career, Maryam is a senior IT engineer, bringing a unique combination of technical expertise and strategic thinking to everything she does. Her problem-solving skills, discipline, and focus in the tech world seamlessly translate to her approach to fitness and coaching.

At Booty Center, Maryam combines her professional knowledge, personal transformation, and competitive experience to inspire and guide others. Her journey is a testament to the power of perseverance, hard work, and balancing multiple passions.
