Navid Moravej
CEO & Founder

As Founder of Booty Center Navid Moravej is one of the few specialists in glute and lower-body training whose methods are grounded in published science. He is a co-author on peer-reviewed research in gluteal anabolic resistance, lower-body resistance training, and post-exercise nutrition, with work accepted at venues including the European College of Sport Science congress, supported by continuing education through Harvard Medical School (HMX) and the Stanford Center for Health Education. Over more than two decades, Navid has trained clients in person across four continents, from Thailand and Vietnam to Brazil, Colombia, and across Europe, building a level of hands-on international experience that few coaches in the field can claim. He continues to coach a global client base both on-site and remotely. The foundation of that reputation is a program he built years ago and still runs today. At Tiger Muay Thai, recognized by Men’s Health UK (2023) as one of the best gyms in the world and the largest martial arts training camp of its kind, Navid served as Head Coach and Program Director and founded its Glute and Hip Strengthening class. It was unlike anything else in the space. While so-called glute classes spread through commercial gyms worldwide as formulaic, light-weight group sessions, his was built on real strength programming and progressive overload, demanding enough to draw the camp’s own fighters and serious physique athletes alongside a steady international following of women and everyday clients who came specifically for it.

The class delivered genuine lower-body strength and transformation, not the appearance of a workout, and it remains one of the few of its kind anywhere in the world. Beyond the program, Navid oversaw strength and conditioning for an international roster of athletes during his tenure, including UFC fighters who based their fight camps at the facility and trained under him personally. He has advised competitors at the Mr. and Ms. Olympia level and is a qualified competitor at the Spartan Race World Championship level. Today, through Booty Center, he brings the whole of his experience, the science, the coaching, and the years in the field, to a single purpose: setting a higher, evidence-based standard for glute and lower-body training, and correcting the misinformation that has long defined the space. He is a co-author on a 2026 peer-reviewed review published in the Journal of Anthropology of Sport and Physical Education, examining dose-response and specificity across resistance and endurance training.
